This week, reports hit that Omer Bhatti was Michael Jackson’s secret 4th child. He even sat next to the family at the Staples Center for the memorial service, which seemed to spark a massive interest in their relationship.

Some claim that Bhatti was conceived when Jackson had a one-night stand with a woman named Pia Bhatti in 1983. Now the Daily Mirror has published a story that quotes a “close friend” of Omer Bhatti, who passed along information given to him by Bhatti himself.

The friend revealed to the tab that Omer Bhatti told him the following:

“Michael is not my father. He and I were just very, very close. He was my best friend. Michael always used to say I was like a son to him, but my true parents are here in Norway. The reason I was asked to sit with his family at the memorial service is because I was Michael’s closest friend – not because I am his son.”

This information is confusing at best. Especially when you consider the stories that hit this week about Omer Bhatti’s desire to acquire DNA evidence to clear things up.

Omer Bhatti’s mother, Pia, had this to say about Michael Jackson:

“He was the King of Pop, but for us he was so much more.”

Many are wondering whether “so much more” is a euphemism for “the father of my child.”

This week, members of the Jackson family have indicated that if the test come back positive, they would embrace him just as they have Paris, Prince, and Blanket.

Omer Bhatti is a 25-year-old Norwegian rapper, who reportedly met Michael Jackson 13 years ago. Omer, then only 12, made an impression on Michael with his slick dance moves. He then went on to perform alongside Michael, and star in a worldwide tribute act.
